Impact is a “high energy” gathering where students can come together to spend time with friends, hang out, play games, sing music with the band, study God’s Word, and meet in small groups. Impact meets Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:15pm in the student wing.

Small Groups

Small Groups are the engines that keep Student Ministries going. They are so much more than a half hour of hang out time at the end of each meeting. In a ministry the size of Trinity’s, the staff can’t always personally connect with every student. That’s where the Small Group leader comes in. They connect with each of the students in their group. They are the ones texting on a Monday or Tuesday afternoon to see how the test went that a student was nervous about. They are the ones a student can call when they have been hurt by a friend’s actions and they don’t know who else to talk to.

In small group time at Impact each week, students and leaders talk about what God is teaching them, whether it’s about the message they heard that night or something God is doing in their life at home or school. Under the discipleship of the small group leader, students learn how to encourage each other and keep each other accountable.

Hello! My name is Frankie. I am a student at LCC. I have been a part of Impact and Crosswalk since the eighth grade. Trinity Student Ministries has helped me grow in my relationship with God and has helped me when life “happened.” I still remember and appreciate my leaders from previous years who have been there for me when I needed it. I am excited to be a leader this year and can’t wait to watch students grow in God and see the relationship they get to have with Him! It’s exciting to be the person these students can call when life “happens.”
